You will coordinate each step of our direct response campaigns; work with other department heads and reporting to the Executive Director.
Experience working with direct mail, telemarketing or digital marketing campaigns required.

Call Centre Staff Support
and System Operator
Work with Keys Direct, a thriving direct response fundraising agency focused on making the world a better place. If you enjoy an active team environment where you can apply your technical and customer service skills then consider becoming our Call Centre Staff Support and System Operator.
We are looking for a candidate to fill a full time position who has excellent communication and interpersonal skills and has a great working knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Access and Excel. A positive and outgoing attitude is required as you will be interacting one-on-one with call centre phone agents handling questions in person, via phone, chat and email on all company supported applications.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Affinity for helping people with a mature, professional, and upbeat attitude

Experience working within a call centre in systems operation or technical support

Excellent computer skills and superior knowledge of SQL, MS Access databases and all Microsoft Office applications

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Well organized with great accuracy and attention to detail and must be able to work with multiple interruptions.

Candidate should also have experience with LAN/WAN fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routers, firewalls, switches, cabling, and troubleshooting.

Dependable and honest

Fluent in English ~ French is an asset
RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot computer problems and determine source, fix issues or replace malfunctioning or defective equipment.

Manage and update SQL database; run database queries as required

Provide segmentation reports as necessary

Provide feedback reports to executive
-
Perform hardware and software installations
-
Provide computer orientation to new company staff
-
Ability to learn technically challenging information quickly
